How long a server started by serve ensure outlives its last peer, in seconds: long
enough that an agent’s next attach finds it, short enough that a checkout nobody works
in does not keep a process. The default of server.idle_seconds: in
.ai/repo/policy.yaml, which a repository may declare beside the other server timings
(lease::Timings::idle); --idle on the command line overrides both (I2701).
