The commands a newcomer is offered, in a deterministic order.
The rule is one sentence and the declarations decide its outcome: an entry point is a runnable command its declaration marks as one — a top-level command of the executable, a public command of the shell tool, a recipe named after its group. Nothing here names a command, so a banner rendered from this cannot outlive the command it offers.
