pub const REATTACH_GRACE: Duration;Expand description
How long an episode whose connection has gone is kept before it is closed.
Longer than the transport’s own idle timeout on purpose. http::mcp::SESSION_IDLE_TIMEOUT
decides when a connection is forgotten — ninety seconds, which is right for a socket —
and a client that is restarted, rebuilt or resumed takes longer than that to come back.
Closing the episode at the same moment as the connection would publish a record saying
the work ended, for work that resumed four minutes later under a new peer id, which is
precisely the fiction this whole subsystem exists to avoid.
