Raise project.a-diagram-is-drawn-not-typed to version 2 covering .ai/repo/adrs, .ai/repo/rules, handbook and every markdown string majordomus ui renders, convert every box-art diagram those trees hold to Mermaid (Cytoscape where the graph is data) through the ADR 0152 viewer with inferred node links, and extend scripts/ci/diagram-check and case 272 to the new scope.
