Cíl

Show every surface the same derived state and the same rule, authored once, so that no page restates it by hand and a worker, a person and a visitor read one account of how workers keep together.

Proč

The owner, 2026-10-13, after a session worked three hours stale and unannounced in a cluster of nineteen workers: this must never happen again; it must be formalized, derived, inferred, enforced, in .ai, announced, a hard requirement, on GitHub Pages, tested, documented and on the landing page. See ADR 0226.

Measured on master f0696ec535 on 2026-10-13: docs/MESH.md describes announcing in prose; the landing page and the handbook do not say what keeps a late worker from working alone; no screen shows who is stale or unannounced.

Cílový stav

The SessionStart briefing opens with the four facts; /ui and the Cockpit show each worker's state on the board; docs/MESH.md, the handbook and the site's description of coordination are generated from the rule and the capability; the landing page answers 'how do the workers not collide' with the evidence chain; the published Pages carry all of it.
