I3165 — What evolution changed is measured: recurrence of a subject after its lesson landed, per window, with its denominator

✕BLOKOVÁNO wave 1 · p3 · deep-work profile · parallel safe

Part of knowledge-acts-on-what-it-learns — The repository decides when to evolve its layer, and a session carries it out.

Cíl

Derive, from candidates, promotions and later observations, how often a subject recurs after its lesson landed, over declared windows, and show unavailable as unavailable.

Proč

2026-10-16: close the loop with real numbers rather than assertions of benefit. Depends on I3163 for the evolve.run marker, which attributes a landed lesson to the run that produced it and anchors the 'after' window. Proposed in ADR 0183 (Evolution is scheduled at the episode boundary and carried out by a session; nothing promotes itself) (proposed; it carries no authority until the owner accepts it). Závislosti

• I3163○READY Each episode boundary derives whether evolve is due — skip, defer or run — and the next session is told why

Kritéria přijetí

• Each figure carries its denominator and window
• No data reads unavailable
• The reading is shown on /ui/knowledge as well as CLI, HTTP and MCP
• The criterion evolution-outcomes-are-measured is rewritten to evidence: test naming test_evolution_outcomes_measured, and that test runs in this issue's validation

• cargo test --manifest-path apps/majordomus-cli/Cargo.toml --test knowledge_base
