I3278 — The 2026-10-18 import is the workspace store's first sync, not a scratchpad

Move the conversations captured on 2026-10-18 into .ai/local/workspaces/chatgpt-majordomus/ in the layout I1303 declares, as workspace-record/v1 records with transport, acquisition and support stated, and write the checkpoint a later sync resumes from.

Proč

On 2026-10-18 the coordinator imported the project through the owner's own signed-in browser tab: an in-page read handed each conversation to an unverified local transport, which flattened it to role/time/text. The capture's own index (2026-10-18) lists 297 conversations, of which 234 were stored with 2001 messages; no upstream message id, parent or branch is kept, so every `conv#n` source is a position in that flattening, and the store is the session's scratch space, not .ai/local/workspaces/. A corpus outside the declared store is invisible to doctor's retention check, to the capability I1308 serves and to every later sync, and disappears with the session. Critique 2026-10-18: the criterion this issue serves is made true by I1305, I1306 and I1308, so it depends on them; and its tooling overlaps an unmerged branch owned by I1302/I1304, so it is narrowed to migrating the captured corpus into the store they define. It extends milestone external-workspaces. Proposed in ADR 0212 (A workspace is read in the operator's own signed-in browser or from the vendor's export, never through a launched automation profile or another tool's credential) (proposed; it carries no authority until the owner accepts it). I1301 done (.ai/repo/workspaces/chatgpt-majordomus.yaml, share/schemas/majordomus/workspace/workspace.v1.schema.json, kind in share/kinds.yaml). workspace-record/v1 and scripts/workspace exist only on feature/workspace-browser-transport (0c5419192f2, 2026-09-10). The corpus is session scratch.

Cílový stav

The store holds every captured conversation as a record whose identity comes from vendor and upstream id, the conversations the capture's index lists but did not store (63 of 297 on 2026-10-18) are recorded as listed-not-fetched, and I1306's replay over the same input leaves the store byte-identical.
