Cíl

A derived relation joins an issue to the product features whose paths its scope touches, product.features exposes each feature's derived paths, and every milestone row of /ui/roadmap names, as links to /ui/features, the features its issues deliver; no list of features is written anywhere but .ai/repo/features.

Proč

On 2026-10-19 the owner asked that /roadmap be correct and connected. Review finding: the product features (capability product.features) are not drawn on /ui/roadmap, so the roadmap does not say what a milestone delivers to a person. The work starts only after the exclusive mesh claim another session holds on apps/majordomus-cli/src/plan/flight.rs, apps/majordomus-cli/src/ui/roadmap.rs and apps/majordomus-cli/tests/ui_roadmap.rs is released or handed over.

Aktuální stav

product.features is declared at apps/majordomus-cli/src/capability/builtin/product.rs:579-595 and reads the feature files under .ai/repo/features (one per feature, e.g. .ai/repo/features/benchmarks.md), whose front matter names modules, commands, kinds, rules, docs, adrs, claims, use_cases, cockpit and web, and nothing about milestones or issues. The product model derives a module's source_path (apps/majordomus-cli/src/product.rs:230-243) and the paths of the documents it names (product.rs:103). An issue carries its scope paths and its serves criteria (apps/majordomus-cli/src/plan.rs:360-396) and nothing about features. No relation between an issue and a feature exists today. /ui/roadmap reads plan.roadmap, plan.status, intents.list, plan.issues and plan.flight (apps/majordomus-cli/src/ui/roadmap.rs:37-45), not product.features.

Cílový stav

The relation added: an issue delivers a feature when a path of its scope is, or lies under, one of the paths the product model derives for that feature (each module's source_path, each named document, rule and ADR file). product.features exposes those derived paths per feature; /ui/roadmap asks product.features beside plan.issues and draws, on each milestone row, the features its issues deliver (each a link to that feature's page under /ui/features), or 'no feature' when none. No feature file and no issue record gains a hand-written field for this.
