Problém

Coverage is measured on every run and kept nowhere: scripts/rust-coverage's export is a 14-day artifact, no format another tool reads is written, nothing is uploaded, and no history or graph exists. CI cost is the same: ci-timings reads only the open pull requests' latest observation, so a regression of a job's minutes or a gate's pass rate is seen by a person reading runs, not by the repository. The owner's order of 2026-10-22 asks for coverage and pipeline telemetry that can be analysed, improved and connected to Coveralls, Codecov and OpenTelemetry.

Výsledek

Every master run's coverage and CI cost is kept as a derived series, exported in LCOV and Cobertura from the one measurement docs/COVERAGE.md requires, uploaded to Coveralls and Codecov when their secrets exist, drawn on the site and in the Cockpit, and emitted as OpenTelemetry when an endpoint is configured; no number differs between the gate, the export and the graph.

Aktuální stav

rust-coverage writes one JSON export per run; validate.yml uploads it for 14 days; .ai/repo/ci/suite-durations.tsv is the only kept CI cost, refreshed by hand.
