Objective
Make the bootstrap check read only the generated region of a target projected in region mode.
Why
Observed on 2026-10-13 adopting 0.21.0 and 0.22.0 in a pnpm/TypeScript repository (docs/ADOPTION_SECOND_RUN.md, G04); read again on master e506c041a4. With `mode: region`, doctor still failed the adopter's hand-written CLAUDE.md for carrying 'a rule corpus of its own'. docs/ADOPTION.md promises that text outside the markers is the repository's own business.
Current state
lib/doctor.sh:276 greps the whole target for rule bullets and rule headings whatever its mode; the neighbouring reference and budget checks already read the region through mj_region_extract.
Desired state
In region mode the corpus check and the layer-pointer check run over the extracted region.
