A p5 scene is drawn when the library is served and is an honest statement when it is not.
Why
scripts/cockpit-assets copies the pinned p5 into share/ui/vendor, the screen names it, and a checkout without it says so on the stage.
Current state
ADR 0160 proposes the scenes; the Observatory of ADR 0158 has eight.

A p5 scene is drawn when the library is served and is an honest statement when it is not.
