Objective
Raise project.a-diagram-is-drawn-not-typed to version 2 covering .ai/repo/adrs, .ai/repo/rules, handbook and every markdown string majordomus ui renders, convert every box-art diagram those trees hold to Mermaid (Cytoscape where the graph is data) through the ADR 0152 viewer with inferred node links, and extend scripts/ci/diagram-check and case 272 to the new scope.
Why
ADR 0166 decision 6. Box art survives in ADRs (0033), the handbook and a UI screen, outside the rule's scope; the owner asked for every ASCII chart or graph to become an interactive, clickable, enforced diagram.
Current state
The rule covers docs, site/content-src and site/templates; box art elsewhere is invisible to the gate.
Desired state
diagram-check reads the wider scope and finds nothing; declared exemptions stay for literal terminal output.
