Draw an intent's stage and verdict through the same state badge every status uses, retiring the boxed uppercase variant on the workspace.

Why

On 2026-10-18 the owner read the published /ui/idd three times and found it unergonomic: stage and verdict mix boxed uppercase tags with dot pills.
