Correct the site pages that name the retired `.majordomus/` layout as current, and hold every top-level page, the site's hand-written data and its templates to the `.ai/` layout with a case, leaving the retired path to the migration and plan pages where it is history.

Why

Truth sweep 2026-10-18 (f6, S10, verified): the published https://majordomus.dev/policy/ (site/content/policy.md:6, hand-written) said '`.majordomus/policy.yaml` is the source of truth for how AI workers operate in a repository'. The policy is .ai/repo/policy.yaml (README.md:68) and every command refuses the .majordomus/ layout (README.md:131). site/content/roadmap.md:6 declared `source = \".majordomus/project/milestones/\"` (not rendered).

Current state

Corrected in this change: site/content/policy.md and site/content/roadmap.md name .ai/repo/.

Desired state

No top-level site page, site data file or template names .majordomus/; case 3364 refuses one that does and holds the policy page to .ai/repo/policy.yaml.
