I3075 — An article explains the cooperation model in both languages: seats are claims, tops are judged once, stale work is brought current
Publish site/content-src/seats-not-names.md, an English article on the cooperation model the owner decided on 2026-10-16: a seat is an exclusive mesh claim and nothing else, the landing seat lands combined tops judged by one run and merged pinned to the head that run judged, stale checkouts and branches are preserved in rescue refs and brought current without asking, and the release seat releases whenever master holds landed work past the last tag. Why
The owner asked on 2026-10-19 that the site's articles be developed and interlinked in every language. The cooperation model decides how a dozen sessions land one repository's work, and the published site explains it only in the rule, the ADR and the integration manual, which are written for the sessions that follow them rather than for a reader.
Current state
No article explains the seats, combined tops or bringing stale work current. The four article groups relate each other and nothing else.
Desired state
/seats-not-names/ and /kresla-ne-jmena/ are built, are counterparts of each other, are listed in the navigation, and are related both ways with three of the other groups; check 21 passes with the translation at its source's digest.
