Objective

Run case 3220's walk (pick an intent, start an issue, verify it from a second tab, mark it done, read its evidence) a second time at the floor width the design declares, with no feature added.

Why

On 2026-10-10 the mobile UI was judged to be proved by CSS breakpoints only, not by a task completed on a phone; the owner's 2026-10-08 order makes the phone a first-class surface. Proposed in ADR 0215 (A phone is the baseline width of every first-party surface, and the primary flow is accepted there before a surface grows) (proposed; it carries no authority until the owner accepts it). Current state

Case 3220 is not on master 707a04c7ce8; it exists only on the unpushed branch fix/doctor-reads-unpushed-in-one-pass (I2812, 2b) and runs at one desktop viewport; /ui/idd's server-side test is apps/majordomus-cli/tests/ui_idd.rs.

Desired state

The case runs the same steps at the floor width read from tokens.yaml and fails when a step's control is off-screen or covered.
