I3385 — A registered suite's primary verdict can be held to a non-inferiority guard, so a speed-up counts only when accepted share is not worse by more than a registered margin

Part of the-mesh-is-measured-against-one-agent — Coordinated workers on the mesh are compared with a single agent on the same batch tasks, at quality held by a registered non-inferiority guard.

Objective

Let a registration declare a guard outcome (accepted share) with a non-inferiority margin and level. The calculator reports the primary verdict as favourable only when the primary test is favourable and the guard's one-sided bound shows the treatment's accepted share is not lower than the control's by more than the margin; otherwise it reports the guard's result and inconclusive or unfavourable. Use I3366's functions; add the guard's computation to stats.rs.

Why

T4 of the owner's report of 2026-10-19 asks for a speed-up at controlled quality; a faster arm that accepts less is not a speed-up, so the guard is part of the decision and registered in advance.

Current state

No analysis composes outcomes. stats.rs holds no one-sided bound.

Desired state

A guarded verdict is computed and shown with the guard's bound.
