One threshold: a relative increase allowed on a metric.

Fields

relative: f64

The allowed relative increase (0.25 is a quarter).

minimum_samples: usize

The metric gates only when the run took at least this many samples; under it the comparison is reported as SHORT and does not fail. A p99 of twenty samples is the slowest sample, which one scheduler hiccup decides.
