majordomus entity. Every object of the layer as an addressable node.

The command-line half of the projection the Cockpit renders and the HTTP and MCP surfaces answer: kinds is every kind with the route of its index, and show is one entity with everything joined to it. Neither enumerates anything — both read the index.
