ValueResolver

Trait ValueResolver

Source
pub trait ValueResolver {
    // Required method
    fn values(&self, source: ValueSource) -> Vec<String>;
}
Expand description

Where a value that is not in the declaration comes from.

The graph knows that <BRANCH> is a branch; it does not know which branches exist. A resolver answers that, and the same resolver answers it for a shell, for a generated form and for a machine surface — so a select in the Cockpit and a TAB in a terminal cannot offer different sets.

Required Methods§

Source

fn values(&self, source: ValueSource) -> Vec<String>

The values of one source, or none when this resolver cannot answer it here.

Dyn Compatibility§

This trait is dyn compatible.

In older versions of Rust, dyn compatibility was called "object safety".
