Fields

root: &'a Path

The repository root.

routes: BTreeSet<String>

Every HTTP path the capability registry serves.

packages: Vec<(String, Vec<String>)>

Every Cargo package in the workspace, with the binaries it produces.

The workspace as this process sees it: the routes from the registry it built, the packages from the manifests the repository tracks. Reading the registry that already exists is the point; a second list of routes would be the defect.
