What a provider gets to work with: the channel to the manager, the shared stop flag, and the beacon it announces.

Fields§

§tx: ObservationSender

Where observations go: a bounded queue whose overflow is counted.

§stop: Arc<AtomicBool>

Set once by the manager; every provider thread ends at its next bounded wait.

§beacon: Arc<Beacon>

What this node announces.
