pub enum Severity {
Error,
Warning,
Note,
}Expand description
How much a diagnostic matters.
An error says the plan itself cannot be trusted and blocks the verdict; a warning says something about the release state is wrong and the verdict stands anyway; a note says something true and not wrong, so that the warnings keep meaning what they say.

Error
The plan cannot be trusted; the verdict is blocked.
Warning
The plan stands, and something is still wrong.
Note
Nothing is wrong; the reader is told something about the release state anyway.
