The registry’s fingerprint: the index’s plus every descriptor.

summary: Summary

The counts.

builtin: Vec<CapabilityView>

The builtin capabilities in full, by id. The declarative ones are the index’s objects, one resource each; listing them twice would say nothing new.

modules: Vec<ModuleView>

The modules, by id: the builtin ones with their capabilities, the declarative ones (one per kind) with their count.
