The routes the executable answers itself, from the constants that declare them.
This function names no path of its own: every mount below is the same constant the
router, the OpenAPI document and the Cockpit already use, so a prefix that moves moves
here too. It is the whole list — a process that does not offer a feature simply does
not serve the surfaces that declare it, which Runtime decides and nothing here
repeats.
