The static surfaces do not depend on it; the native ones do, because a process that serves no MCP endpoint must not advertise one.

Fields

mcp: bool

This process answers MCP over HTTP.

cockpit: bool

This process serves the Cockpit.

ui: bool

This process serves the UI (ADR 0135).
