pruned: Vec<String>

Registrations git dropped, or would drop, because their directory is gone.

repaired: Vec<String>

What git worktree repair reported.

hooks: BTreeMap<String, HooksPath>

Which hooks each existing linked worktree runs once repaired, by its path: a worktree moved by hand keeps a per-worktree core.hooksPath naming its old path, and one made by plain git worktree add may run the primary checkout’s (I2718). Empty on a dry run.

applied: bool

Whether anything was changed.
