Proč

2026-10-08 conversation: negative learning and loop prevention are required, and platform maintenance has its own state separate from the session that triggered it. mj_knowledge_evidence reads decision.recorded, question.resolved, task.finished and observation.recorded only (lib/knowledge.sh). An evolve episode feeds itself through its task.finished line and the decisions its step 3 records, not through commits. The loop at the evolve episode's own close is closed in I3163. Proposed in ADR 0183 (Evolution is scheduled at the episode boundary and carried out by a session; nothing promotes itself) (proposed; it carries no authority until the owner accepts it). • The rejected-subject half is a test of existing behaviour (superseded records are skipped; a later observation is listed beside the rejected record as case 981 requires), applied to I3162's cross-episode friction candidates, and it changes no criterion of a-session-leaves-what-it-observed
• The criterion evolution-does-not-feed-itself is rewritten to evidence: test with the allocated case path, and that case runs in this issue's validation
