Rule project.the-cooperation-model-is-the-owners-word moves to version 2 with the owner's relaxation of 2026-10-20: a worker lands its own green pull request through the guarded lander's queue, pinned exactly as a top is pinned; at most five builders on one machine and none below 35 GiB free; cleanup that loses nothing is done without asking and announced; the Claude Code permission rules stay the owner's to write. ADR 0167 carries a dated amendment, the three provider templates carry the new bootstrap paragraph, every document that linked version 1 links version 2, and case 3824 holds the bootstrap to the rule.

At about 23:13 UTC on 2026-10-20 the owner wrote to sessions d3 and 0c: 'hlavne prosim tebe reflektuj zmekceni pravidel, vse updatuj, vsem dej vedet, updatni nataveni', and chose every relaxation offered. The seats read it on the board as claim owner-relaxation-10-21. Version 1 of the rule and the bootstrap every session reads still said a worker hands its head over and never merges, so every new session would have been told the opposite of the owner's word.
