The homepage hero no longer shows the plan's issue counts by status (ready, blocked, active and the rest, index.html:154-158); the counts stay on /roadmap and /ui, where a reader comes for them. Rule homepage-tells-a-declared-story moves to version 2 without the clause that the hero's product view counts the plan, and homepage-check's product check follows it.
