Order validate's pages job behind the evidence job, so that the 1200 s wait for the deploy of the same push starts once this run's own jobs have released the runners the deploy queues for.

Proč

On master 2034d4a3f0b, pages.yml's push run was created at 13:13Z and served at 14:21Z; validate's pages job started at 13:49Z and gave up its 1200 s bound at 14:18Z, three minutes early. Eight master runs from 2026-10-17 to 10-22 went red on pages-live this way and were rerun by hand, because a rerun of master is outside the standing approval and the loop waits for the owner.

The pages job needs only plan, so it starts in the first wave beside about nineteen jobs and its wait expires while the deploy is still queued behind them.
