Problem

The owner's Claude Max plan includes a recurring monthly API credit grant (the vendor's notice of 2026-10-20, claimed by linking an API organization at claude.ai/settings/billing), and nothing Majordomus starts can be paid by it: share/models.yaml declares a credential variable per vendor and nothing about how a call through it is paid, and share/advisors.yaml reaches OpenAI through its API key but declares no Anthropic API advisor at all. The vendor's own documentation (code.claude.com/docs/en/authentication, read 2026-10-21) shows that one vendor offers several sources at once: a subscription seat reached through Claude Code's login or CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN, and API use reached through ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, which outranks the token and in non-interactive mode is always used when present; the credit grant and metered billing are both reached through that one key, and nothing local tells them apart. I3292 plans billing_mode with a vocabulary of its own. The critique of this milestone (.ai/repo/project/critiques/every-model-call-is-paid-from-a-declared-source.yaml) cut the first plan to the three issues that can be built on that evidence.
