I3664 — doctor and the brief tell the owner a held funding source no credential reaches, with the vendor's claim link

Part of every-model-call-is-paid-from-a-declared-source — How a model call Majordomus starts can be paid is declared by the vendor with evidence, and each call names the source it was declared to draw on.

Objective

Add a typed check (ADR 0069) that doctor and the brief read: for each source the owner holds (I3661) whose credential variable is unset, name the vendor, the source, the vendor's claim link and the date of its evidence; say it once per renewal period, and say nothing for a source the owner declares they do not hold.

Why

A credit grant that is never claimed, or claimed but never wired to a credential, is money the owner already pays for and nothing uses. Majordomus cannot claim it and must not sign in to a console; it can only tell the owner, with the link the vendor published, which is evidence and not an instruction.

Current state

doctor reports credential presence for nothing funding-related; the brief says nothing about funding.

Desired state

An unreached held source is told once per period, with its claim link, and silence means nothing is owed.

Completion report

Cancelled 2026-10-21 on feature/intent-funding-sources by the plan's critique (findings subscription-has-no-credential-variable and doctor-scope-and-period-are-wrong): a subscription seat is usually reached through Claude Code's login, not a variable, so a credential-presence check would tell a signed-in owner their seat is unusable; and nudging the owner to export the grant's API key would move every headless Claude Code child off the seat, because ANTHROPIC_API_KEY outranks it (code.claude.com/docs/en/authentication, read 2026-10-21). Reopen with a measured instance of a grant going unused (ADR 0207).
