I3843 — The homepage title says the product sentence as declared, and in Czech on the Czech homepage

Part of a-visitor-understands-and-checks-majordomus — A first-time visitor of majordomus.dev understands what Majordomus does and can check every claim it makes.

Objective

Render the homepage <title> from project.tagline without lowercasing it, have homepage-check hold the built title to the declared sentence, and give the Czech translation memory the sentence's title, description and og:description segments, keyed from a build's missing.json and proved with site-translate reach.

Why

After train 3a went live on 2026-10-22 (76c57859663), majordomus.dev's <title> read 'Prismatic Majordomus — your ai agents say the work is done. majordomus makes them prove it'. base.html:27 has lowercased the tagline since 2026-09-04, when it was a phrase; I3134 made it the owner's sentence, with proper nouns. /cs/ carried the same title and an English og:description, while every other Czech page translates both, because the sentence's segments postdate the Czech memory.

Current state

site/templates/base.html:27 renders project.tagline | lower | trim_end; homepage-check's sentence check reads project.json, README, config.toml, the social card and LAUNCH.md, but not the built title; site/i18n/cs/memory has no entry for the title or description segments of the sentence.

Desired state

The homepage title is '<name> — <the declared sentence>' in the sentence's own case; homepage-check fails a built title that says the sentence in any other form; /cs/ shows the title, description and og:description in Czech.

• The rest of /cs/'s missing segments, which I3753 owns

Acceptance criteria

• The built homepage title contains the declared sentence in its declared case
• homepage-check fails when the built title lowercases or rewords the sentence
