Expand description

One deployment of this repository’s executable, as the canonical object states it.

Fields§

§schema: String

The format version; a version this executable does not read is refused.

§kind: String

Always deployment.

§id: String

The identity within the repository.

§title: String

One line naming it.

§description: Option<String>

One line: what it serves and to whom.

§status: Option<Status>

Where it stands.

§application: String

The application’s name: what the deployment is known by in a listing.

§build: Build

What is shipped and what it is built from.

§listen: Listen

The address the process listens on.

§health: HealthRoutes

The routes a platform polls.

§resources: Resources

What one machine is granted.

§machines: Machines

How many machines run.

§region: String

The region they run in.

§budgets: Budgets

The measured figures it is held to.

§created_at: Option<String>

When the object was written.

§updated_at: Option<String>

When it was last changed.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Deployment

Source

pub fn parse(object: &Object) -> Result<Deployment, Refusal>

Parse one indexed object into a deployment, or say why it is not one. The object’s metadata is the whole YAML file, so this is where an unknown key, a missing field and a value outside its type are all refused at once.

Source

pub fn check(&self, file: &str, ws: &Workspace<'_>) -> Vec<Refusal>

Every local refusal this deployment earns, in the order the keys appear. An empty list is the whole verdict this module can give: what remains is decided where the image runs, and by then a refusal costs a rollout.

Source§

impl Ordered for Deployment

A deployment is presented by its id, which is its identity within the repository; the title is prose and two deployments may well be given the same one.

Source§

fn order_key(&self) -> OrderKey<'_>

The four parts this item is ordered by. Borrowed from the item: building a key allocates nothing, so sorting a large collection costs the comparisons and no more.
Source§

impl PartialEq for Deployment

Source§

fn eq(&self, other: &Deployment) -> bool

Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 (const: unstable) · Source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
Source§

Source§

fn serialize<__S>(&self, __serializer: __S) -> Result<__S::Ok, __S::Error>
