majordomus mesh doctor
Prove the mesh prerequisites on this machine alone: declaration, identity, sockets, multicast, broadcast, the protocol end to end, and the host firewall

Every mesh prerequisite, and the server's verdict on the declaration
Deterministic checks in a fixed order — the declaration parses, the identity loads, a UDP socket binds, the multicast group joins, broadcast enables, and the protocol signs, encodes, parses and verifies in memory — then `runtime`: asked of this checkout's running server when one serves it, whether an enabled declaration actually activated the mesh. With no server, as here, the report is this process's and `runtime` says nothing was decided. Every check holds here, so the command exits 0; a failed check is a row that says why, and exits 10.
$ majordomus mesh doctorWhat it asserts: exits 0; prints protocol.
Tested by apps/majordomus-cli/tests/cli_examples.rs, which runs the command against the built executable and asserts what the page states.
Where this comes from
Declared once in apps/majordomus-cli/src/cli.rs: clap for the structure, typed Rust metadata beside it for the examples. This page, majordomus mesh doctor --help, docs/generated/cli.md and docs/generated/cli.json are projections of that one declaration.
The whole command line on one page: the registry's command-line page. The task lifecycle (init, start, finish, doctor, ...) belongs to the shell tool, a different program: Commands and its specification.
