Who works on an issue, and what says so
Every live mesh claim, board announcement and run record that names the issue, each owner with its board peer, issue and address and the facts that named it. A pid is read where it runs — its parent chain up to the provider's process and socket, its directory and the owner variables of its environment — and `host:pid` reads a declared offload host through its ssh path. Here nobody names the issue, so the answer is unknown, lists the evidence it lacked, and exits 10.
$ majordomus mesh who I1What it asserts: exits 10.
Tested by apps/majordomus-cli/tests/cli_examples.rs, which runs the command against the built executable and asserts what the page states.
Where this comes from
Declared once in apps/majordomus-cli/src/cli.rs: clap for the structure, typed Rust metadata beside it for the examples. This page, majordomus mesh who --help, docs/generated/cli.md and docs/generated/cli.json are projections of that one declaration.
The whole command line on one page: the registry's command-line page. The task lifecycle (init, start, finish, doctor, ...) belongs to the shell tool, a different program: Commands and its specification.
